Ok here we go! A big collection of great curry recipes to get you started. A few things to consider that I touch on in the pod casts:
1. If you don’t want to make your own curry powders, you can substitute any blend you purchase for the “whole seed” versions found in some of these recipes
2. If you decide to use store-bought curry blends, try toasting them in a dry pan for just about 60 seconds before using in the recipe to help brighten them up a bit!
3. Heat in a curry is totally up to you! Add fresh Jalapeño plus the seeds or Thai red chilis or just some cayenne pepper if you like. Have fun with the heat level but do know that “heat” and curry don’t have to go hand and hand, many of my favorite curries are very very mild.
